I am concerned that they chose to show ambulances and medical evacs from the next season. Is that supposed to be a selling point? I don't like that kind of sensationalism.

We don't like it either and we all know how tough this season had it there but season 32 was not filming during the rainy season I believe. I'm assuming a lot of heat exhaustion causing physical injuries as well.
