Heather was a series regular on TJ Hooker until 1985. During that same time frame, Heather's character Sammy Jo was a recurring or semi-regular character on Dynasty until she left TJ Hooker. Then, Heather became a full-time cast member of Dynasty.

Warren Christie is another one. In 2015 he either starred on or recurred in "Motive", "Chicago Fire", "Girls Guide to Divorce", and "Zoo" all roughly at the same time - or the episodes aired at the same time.

..and even before that Joseph Kearns & Jay North from Dennis the Menace had also appeared on The Donna Reed Show. Kearns was of course the original Mr. Wilson.

Come to think of it I believe even Lucille Ball & Desi Arnaz had appeared on other shows as Lucy & Ricky Ricardo when they were still doing I Love Lucy of course how big Desilu was at the time and not too mention how much power those two had in those days it's hardly a surprise.
