I don't know who that is or what show that is, but after looking him up... he's good looking and has that square jawed super hero look...
therefore, I'm good with this choice.

Black Bolt was my favorite Inhuman character in the comics. Anson Mount is good-looking in a masculine, powerful but slightly craggy way, which is good. Not sure I want to see them wearing the original costumes, though...

Actually, I would love to see them wearing the original costumes, and especially Black Bolt as it seems like by the time the 1960s came along, the designers of superhero customs seemed to have got it 'right' where the designs seemed classic... and most of them are still being used in hit movies and hit TV shows. And that includes for both Marvel and DC.
It is strange for the movies Marvel went with the costumes but on TV went the route taken by FOX for the X-Men and suppressed them. As the royalty of a segregated secret society I think costumes can work for the Inhumans. It would make more sense than Steve Rogers, who isn't bullet proof going into battle in his royal blue suit

They did? Because from what I saw of the new promo picture, what they're wearing looks very similar to their comic book attire, but it looks more like a 'palace' attire version/non-battle attire:
