After the various rumors heard over the years about Dan Schneider along with the firing of Chris Savino and John K. Cyma Zarghami stepped down from her post of Nickelodeon president. Some wonder if there more than meet the eyes and if she also knew about Dan Schneider?
If the rumors about Schneider are true (I believe where there is smoke...), you can bet more than Zarghami knew. He was fired back in March so I doubt this has anything to do with that.
The vlogger just seems to be on a rant over "Fan Boy and Chum Chum". He cites her tenure from 2006 on as being the worst for Nickelodeon. That's horribly inaccurate. IMO Nickelodeon started it's trend downward in 2013 when "Victorious" was cancelled for seemingly no apparent reason. "Sam and Cat" which came after was just a trainwreck and really nothing since then beyond Spongebob has been worth a damn save for maybe the "Thundermans".

And adding the on and off merger talks between Viacom and CBS. I guess Viacom wants to look clean because when the cat is out of the bag. Viacom's values will plummet and instead of a merger, it'll be a takeover.

Viacom and CBS are owned by the same company (National Amusements). It doesnt benefit them to devalue one of the companies.
Right but National Amusements still controls both companies
