Why because the contestant has to push a locked in answer and Jennings does not,
Are you sure about that? I saw one shot that showed three buttons on a panel in front of Ken. I assumed they were labeled A, B and C, so he could also lock in his answer.
Sounds rigged to me. Jennings answering after the contestant saying "I thought so too" seems rigged. Why because the contestant has to push a locked in answer and Jennings does not, just mouthed his answer instead of pushing a button to lock in his answer which may or may not been correct.
As I mentioned, a friend of mine is on an upcoming episode. She was asked this specific question, and said that the Chaser has to answer in advance, also. Her words, "When you are playing, you look at a monitor and you can see that you both select an answer."
To be fair, some of the smart comments by ken are there as part of the show, I could do without the cuts to Brad and James in the "green" room, they added nothing to the show.
if you watch Master Minds on Game show network where Ken is one of the 3 MMs there's a bit of light trash talking and joking which seems to be what the producers want. Maybe that's just how things are going, I expected this ABC version to be slick and a bit over the top b/c it's network t.v.
I'm glad Brad didn't bomb like he did on Jeopardy.
