If it wasn’t for my kids and the local news, I wouldn’t know either
To bad these kids don’t know Story behind this Song, it’s pretty messed up.
Phil was singing about his wife divorcing him(I think). As someone that has gone through one I wish that on no man, especially when you think things are Fine/ok and the other person is absolutely miserable.
Song still hits hard

The show has always been that way, though. Even the very first show had a few clunker moments.

It did catch the entire show - hooray for On Demand. Thanks for the tip!

Welcome! I quit watching the skits a while ago. Always DVR it and watch the opener, skip to the first song by the musical guest, then the news, then skip to the last song.

I don't know. They ran an old episode from the Phil Hartman era the other night and I thought a lot of it was funny. It seems in recent years, and I stopped watching due to the insulting politics, they ONLY other thing they did was imitate people....political pundits, politicians, etc. It's not really that interesting.

The episode I watched had a funny commercial, a short funny skit about the announcers in the subway having garbled voices...it was a quick skit...the point was made early on and they didn't milk it for longer because...well, it wouldn't have been funny anymore.

Some people didn't liked the idea to see Elon Musk hosting SNL for May 8 because Musk said something controversial but can't find what he said was controversial.

The man is an inventive genius, but I have no respect for him on the personal side. Don't criticize him or do anything against Tesla. While he won the lawsuit by the diver, what he said was certainly uncalled for. I have read of at least a couple times where it seemed he took a personal vendetta against employees or others that he deemed to have crossed him. Not what you expect from the CEO of the company.
