At that age you can only look at their traits and not their experiences.
None of them will have experience and maturity needed to run a crew. However, some have good traits... they can cook, they are level headed, they're not asshats, etc.
The guy that went home last night seemed to have some of the traits, but he fell apart when it was time for the rubber to hit the road. Brynn has shown cracks in her ability to stay calm and in control. Others too.
I still think Steven is the guy. Doesn't really get rattled. As he said in the challenge "I just get points". That's what it's all about. Do your thing, keep your level of integrity and respect up, etc.

Yes, well-said. Level-headed, has integrity, stays calm under pressure, in addition to cooking well and having a good palate.
I like Steve & Keona. I agree that Brynn seems to prone to breakdowns or crying fits. What's with the romance next week. Can't you wait a few weeks & hook up after the show?
Ok, so I watched Monday's episode last night. Hubby was out of town for a week so I promised I wouldn't watch it until he was back. I'm disappointed that Keona went home! I really liked her and I think she has a ton of potential!!! So, as GR is booting her out of HK, he's telling her to keep her head up and be proud - kinda tough to do when you're being kicked out, essentially saying "you aren't good enough". Lame! I think Josie or whatever her name is, should be gone. At some point you gotta set aside your little Vegan thing and taste the food you're making for the rest of us, whether the rest of us are Vegan or not!
Is it just me ... or was Monday night a repeat of the first episode of this season???
