I just love the writing on this show. I'm entertained when I watch it and that's enough for me. Oh and the eye candy doesn't hurt either.

This is the only post I could find on "Brothers & Sisters" so am adding to it. I have been DVRing it lately and just got caught up last night. I really enjoyed the episode where Brody came back into Nora's life. I've always liked Beau Bridges who played his character and look forward to seeing more of him in future episodes. I liked his dog too!

Last night could have been a good finale and leave it at that. I'm getting rather tired of the Walkers even though I love seeing Sally Field again.

Default Brothers & Sisters

I guess I missed the announcement, but was this show cancelled? I've been waiting for it to come on, but the new show "Once Upon A Time" has that spot, I think.

I really enjoyed the show....darn...happens to most of the ones I like! next thing someone will tell me "Castle" is gonna go---please not! (no sign of that happening, so all you fans, don't panic).

I've always enjoyed Sally Field and wish they would at least give us a finale that tied up all the threads....never get a happy ending in real life, so am always longing for one in tv land, lol.

Yes, it was cancelled this past spring. They sorta-kinda wound it up, with Sara's wedding, and Nora doing a voice-over with her thoughts on her family and the future. They did leave things hanging but in a good way - Brody and Sara come to terms, Kitty is pregnant, Tommy showed for wedding, Saul and Jonathan get engaged.

I miss it too. I always looked forward to the Walker-drama on Sunday nights.

Nah, nobody enjoyed B&S! It was on at 10 p.m. not 8 like OUAT is. Pan Am is the show on at 10 now. I could use a little more Walker family drama now even though I'm fully enjoying Pan Am.

Nan and Tami, thanks much for taking the time to reply! I appreciate it and thanks, too, for the refresher....uh....NOW I remember what happened! LOL

Still wish it hadn't been cancelled, though.

Default Brothers & Sisters leaving me on DirecTV? and U NAILED IT FOR SURE!

I missed the ENTIRE television show! Caught some of it on DirecTV's SoapNet, but now they are removing Soapnet from DirecTV! I'm gong to miss this show terribly! I know I missed so much of it. I can't afford Hulu AND the DirecTV that costs me almost $100 a month for nothing much other than infomercials and reality shows. I really do hope I can find a place to watch the entire series if it means purchasing it on DVD and buy a DVD recorder/player. Heck I bought a new HD TV and can't afford to have DirecTV hook up their end of the HD works. My Dad has a regular TV but he's 87 and can't hear anyway. but still it'd be way over $200 just to get the HD hooked up much less the monthly cost of the DIRECTV. stinks! I am addicted to this show so badly I'll watch reruns forever if they'll just leave it alone. I hear Disney owns it but I dunno. anyone else know? I'm new to this forum and have no idea what I'm doing so any help there will be appreciated as well. Anyway, as you were already told. so far as I can see, you NAILED it for sure!
