The pilot was decent not remarkable. A number of Hollywood cliches: Michael the sexually active hunk, the hot ex-girlfriend whom he has a love-hate relationship, her scientist/engineer father, an ambiguously lesbo cop, and a socially awkward nerd for comic relief. Season premiere features a hot chick in a sexy car for a villian. Damn near off-putting. KITT is the only reason I kept watching. Love KITT. Val Kilmer is good.

KITS voice display reminds me of HAL f in 2001 space odyssey.

I used to watch the original in reruns...back then the talking car didn't drive me nuts. Now it does!!! It never shuts up! Someone needs to gag it.
I don't think I'll be watching it unless nothing else is on that night.
