Inspector Morse was set and filmed in and around Oxford (UK) and that's where I'm originally from. Now we have Inspector Lewis showing up in very familiar places.

Originally from Youngstown Ohio, I would hear it mentioned on The Sopranos. Apparently it was a mobbed up place awhile back, have you ever heard of a "Youngstown tuneup" on a car? Don't remember any problems when I lived there in the 50's and haven't been back since the early 70's, supposedly it's okay now.

Where I was born, Pittston, Pa; the "Organized Crime" level was substantial...according to Time magazine in the 1980's, Pittston was named a "mafia" headquarters along with big cities like Philadelphia.....real "Sopranos" ...LOL.
My adult son has said that we had a "Leave it to Beaver" home life. I am by no means a June Cleaver. My husband may have a bit of Ward in him. My son saw most of his friends parents divorced so I guess that is part of his image of our home.
