It seems that some things never change when it comes to FEMA ... they can't seem to get anything right. It reminds me of those trailers they sent to Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina only for them to be contaminated and most of them to rot away on abandoned corners of military bases.
So what will they do with all that stuff? Waste to Energy? Or let it sit where it is forever?
