I finally found a job and started yesterday. I thought I'ld ask here before I spent all day on the phone trying to get through to unemployment. The place I work bases their work weeks on a THursday through Wednsday schedule. When I put in my hours worked for this week, do I go by the employers weekly work schedule or do I put in all hours worked through the unemployment schedule of Sunday through Saturday?

You put in the hours that you worked Sunday through Saturday. You need to synchronize up with the unemployment benefits schedule. Go by the calendar dates.

Does anyone else think it's wrong that employers pay a week to two weeks behind, but unemployment takes your money on the week you work? Luckily this job pays weekly so I'll only have 2 weeks where Ihave to skip lunch and breakfast to make the money stretch.
