Agreed whole-heartedly ... if I'm to pay for the test,
I shall be the owner of said test(s). But, as I've
mentioned previously, if the employer wants me to
be tested as part of the process, they should foot
the bill.

Yes technically you should own it, but most companies that require any testing are going to have their own testing process and not rely on something you bring in. Besides, any other company you apply at that requires testing, more than likely aren't going to charge you. So although you may own them, they will be useless.

In my opinion, this is just some cheap company that is trying to offset their hiring expenses by having potential employees foot the bill. I wouldn't be surprised if they actually made a profit.

I would really be curious to know how many people they plan on testing, and how many people they are actually going to hire.
