I am currently collecting tier 4 which is set to run out in 2 weeks at which time I think I will qualify for EB. I worked in NJ and PA so they did a combination of the two jobs I worked (most of which was in NJ) and ive been filing through NJ from original 26 all the way til now.
My questions are when I go to EB will it be all through NJ?
Also is it both states unemployment rate which decides if EB is active or just one of the two, and where is a good place to monitor those levels if there is one?
