Currently person is on Tier 1. Guy had some contract work which was not reported. Now will receive a 1099 at some point. Orginally this was supposed to lead to perm, so did not report at the time, since he wasn't even sure when/if he would get paid. Is it possible to report now on weekly, losing that week's payment without triggering audit/penalty prison etc.
The thing is he didn't do it when he worked and claimed benefits normally for that week. Wants to fix it as it is stated as fraud everywhere but that wasn't the intent.
