With the news developement about 2 month extension deal, I try to figure it out what my status will be on February.

Last week, I 've got a message about " my unemployment expired" on 12/11/2011. Then I did all the process about 1 year re-certification by phone and everything OK.

Sorry to ask simple question. Is that mean I already got unemployment benefit for 52 weeks on 12/11/2011?

By February, I should move to tier3 if there is 2 more months extension?

Thanks in advance for the answer.

Yes. Based on your post, you will exhaust Tier 2 on or about February 4th which should allow you to transition to Tier 3 before the end of February.
