Got a letter instead of a POC card in the mail last week with a review scheduled for today. Will be able to claim last week tomorrow and expect payment the next day. 6 more weeks!

Ariadne22, if you see this; I can't find the latest UE numbers for my state. Latest numbers on dew.sc.gov site is for December and November. Don't we have January numbers already? Aren't February due soon? Would like to see a state by state chart if you know where one can be found.

BLS is not reporting January numbers until 3/13 - standard year-end procedural delay due to re-benchmarking (whatever that means) per an email I got from them last week because I was wondering the same thing:

This from Dept. of Labor:
Quote:
Each year, BLS performs a re-benchmarking of their data. And each year, the January and February LAUS data are released in mid-March and late March respectively.

There is no change from the regular schedule. This happens every year and is a regular aspect of the publication of LAUS data. BLS staff will confirm this.

The public law stipulates that the secretary sets the rate and this occurs when data for all states is published.
This from BLS:
Quote:
January and February subnational estimates are further lagged due to our regular annual revision activities.
We should have new figures next week.
