I only get $114/week in 12 weeks, not 26 weeks, for regular California unemployment benefit. Am I qualified for Federal extension benefits ? Please help. Thank you.

Highly unlikely with a claim this small.

You need to have base-year earnings which total in excess of $4,560 (40x$114) - or 1.5 your high quarter.

Get out your original Notice of UI Award from CA. It will list the quarters used in your claim.
