I quit my part time job which I only worked 10 hours per week on Wednesday and got laid off on following Friday from my main full time job Which I was working more than 40 hours per week. Now I want to claim unemployment for my full time job, does quitting my part time job have an effect on my unemployment benefit?

If/when you file for unemployment, you'll have to list both jobs.

That does happen to some people. You have to be able to convince EDD that you didn't know that you'd be getting laid off from the full-time job, and the part-time job would somehow have to be able to prove that you did know that you'd be getting laid off. You should be ok.
