CA - Training (CTB) Ended, Certification "Pending," Help! (receive, apply)

I am currently on unemployment in CA. I started in February of this year.
In March, I was approved for California Training Benefits (CTB) and just finished my training program on May 25.
After finishing the program, I received a letter from EDD stating that effective 5/28/2018 I am required to start looking for work again in order to keep getting paid.
So, for the week ending on 5/26 my certification states I am still in training and not looking for work.
And, for the week ending in 6/2 my certification states I applied to one job.
I submitted my certifications on Sunday, 6/3. As of today, 6/7, it states they are "Pending."
Does anyone know why this might be? I started getting benefits in February, so I should have several weeks left. I just started applying to jobs and was counting on EDD keeping me afloat during this time.
"for the week ending in 6/2 my certification states I applied to one job." Did you only apply for just the one job? CA minimum is 3 per week, if you provided EDD just the one log then you probably didn't qualify for that week.
