Hi I'm supposed to certify benefits today, but when I check online it doesn't give me a option to do so. I certify the last two weeks without any problem. It usually says that I'm ready to certify. Idk what happen. I live in California if that makes a difference.

Just call the certification number for your state .. or just call on a weekday to speak with an agent, you may have not answered one of the questions correctly the last time you certified .

I wouldn't call yet. Monday is MLK day. If things don't fix themselves by Tuesday morning, then start to make calls.
