Hello,
Was terminated by a MA employer for breaking rule.
Denied benefits and appealed.
Employer didn’t show up for the phone hearing.
Hearing went on to be one sided with me answering questions about the case.
Is this decision for benefits leaning in my favor?

Reason: Added state
Depends on what YOU said. Too many claimants do an "admit and justify." (I was fired because I was late, but I have three kids and each one was sick on a different day) They can lose. If you said you were, "fired," and shut up, then you could be sure you won.
Received updated info today on my hearing through my online unemployment account inbox. Says DETERMINATION: ELIGIBLE
APPEAL DISPOSITION: REVERSE
Does this mean I will now receive my benefits or ????

Yes.. But be careful.. The employer could still appeal
Yes, understood. Should employer appeal, would benefits cease again, or would I still collect until the Board of Review makes a determination on their behalf?
