If anyone can help me at all, it would be GREATLY appreciated. I am stressed out beyond belief. Was discharged from my job on Jan 4 (no misconduct - clean discharge because he did not need me anymore). I received a letter saying I had a monetary interview today actually.
Waited by the phone and nothing. When I looked online, my file had the wrong phone number (one number was off). So yeah, I missed the call. What do I do at this point? I really, REALLy need the money....*sigh*
I have never been unemployed before so it is amazing to me how no one ever answers the phone at the DOL office. Does anyone even work there? It's crazy. Any advice?
