So I guess if we are older claim exhaustees we just continue to wait.. and assume we are in the system with expired claims and NJ will notify us? I hope.
You're right. I just reviewed their state's process. No need to refile or open a new claim. simple as logging in to your online account selecting PEUC and walking through the steps. We can only hope NJ sets up something similar. This is why I haven't tried to file a new claim and get caught in the denied UI claims log jam, I've been waiting for NJ to notify us or give us instructions on what to do as DOL guidelines said they need to do.
All of a sudden my 600.00 payment stopped I don’t know why!

I'm in PA and it stopped this week for me as well! I believe this is intentional as states are quietly trying to screw us out of the money because the Feds are screwing states out of proper Unemployment Insurance/Social benefit money. There is no logic to my payments suddenly ceasing when I have reported no hours and no return to my job. My job is still shutdown, not even partially open. No checks have been issued by any company to me so..... What gives? Politics, that's what.
I advise anyone in our situation to contact your state rep, even your US Senator/Reps. I already have my State Reps office looking into this for me. FIGHT for your due! Don't assume they will do the right thing. MAKE THEM do their jobs.

Maybe next hit of Federal money to the states hasn't come through yet and they're holding back on federal payments until they see more money from the Feds.
