No, there has never been Saturday phone certifications. Monday SS# has to end in odd number, Tuesday SS# has to end in even number. Wed through Friday and Sunday all SS#s can phone clam.. 8am to 6pm.. PUA cannot claim by phone (if you are a PUA claimant) and have to certify for benefits online.
