Hello,

I live in MI and I broke down and filed for UI on April 22. I have two jobs, one of which is completely shut down with no revenue since March 16. I haven't been laid off, but I'm not getting paid, so I applied for UI.

I got accepted and I've been certifying on time when requested. However, none of my payments have gone through because of a "non monetary issue" because I voluntarily quit a third job back on Jan 4. The non monetary issue showed up under the determination tab until May 11, when it vanished. Nothing showed up under the Fact Finding tab and I haven't had any new correspondences show up.

I certified again just last Sunday (5/17). I was hoping the non monetary issue had been resolved, but nope, the two new certifications also now say they're being held up by a non monetary issue I don't see on my account anymore.

I've tried sending messages, using the chat, and calling, but all of them cut me off immediately by saying call volume was too high (I literally tried calling 2 minutes before opening, and it was already too full to take my call) and that I should try/call back later.

Does any one have any suggestions over what might be going on or if there's anything I can do? I'm going to continue to try to call and I'm not strapped for cash (yet), but I'm beginning to get worried as this continues to be delayed.

Thanks for your time,
kyuui
