So I finally applied for unemployment after being fired for attendance and I got a letter saying I have an interview for misconduct. And on the application I put down that i was fired after i was injured, but i never went to see a doctor as i just sprained my ankle and twisted up my knee. Did i screw myself out of benefits? Any help is appreciated.

When you filed your claim what were the exact words you put down as the reason for the job separation?
