Help ! 11 week extension (file, claim, UI, processed)

Last week my claim balance went to zero. I was on regular UI initially last year. When I claimed last week the msg on the phone told me that I’m eligible for the 11 weeks and to do nothing it will be automatically processed for me.

Has this happened to anyone who never had a lapse in their claim since the pandemic started. Those who claim balance reached zero in 2021? Was the 11 week extension applied

Don’t know if I should be trying to reach someone in the claims department

So my claim balance will update after I claim as of today it says zero

My time stamp. NJ Claim 02/19/21 @ 8:00 am.....Spoke with a representative (Not an agent)....Was advised, not all of the 11-week extensions have been loaded to eligible claimants. Was to be completed by 02/12/21, but didn't complete. Everything should be completed and loaded within my next 2 week's claim days. She went over my claim and there is no issue, just waiting on the PEUC 11-week to load to my claim.... I REALLY DON'T TRUST NJUI OFFICIALS. SAD
