Another question,
If I started on Jan 26 2020, I assume my benefit year ended...My entire income last year was unemployment. What happens now if I have to file a new claim? NJ

This is the million dollar question...

It looks like it’s best to call and re open a new claim

If you know you don't meet the requirements for a new claim then the best option is to call and try to get an Agent to verify no wages and reinstate the old claim to allow you to continue to collect the extensions off of the old claim. Only time I advise someone to file a new claim online or via phone w/out an Agent is if they are 100% sure they qualify for the 2nd year claim.
