I live in Texas, Arlington.......I was fired, because I could not obtain the DIRECTOR'S LICENSE for a childcare facility,...yes they hired me knowing I was going through a fight with CPS at the time, and yes we all knew that until this was resolved I would not be able to obtain the license, but I was sure I was going to beat it, and I did, but before I could get it reversed, I was fired and they already had someone to fill my position...I was hired 01/2010, fired 04/2010....ok I filed unemployment was denied , because she said (the owner of the daycare) she fired me because I could not obtain the director's license, I have filed for and appeal...my question is...how long do it take, and what are my chances in getting my unemployment.
