for the last couple of months a few times the poster of the NYC subway system keeps falling, I thought it was my brother who was going to my room but it's not him, it has small stickers that sticks to the wall and the poster so it wont fall down, 8 of them in total, this week I was awake when it happened, it was around 3 am, I didn't see it, but I heard it, it sounded like an actual person was taking it off, it didnt sound like it just dropped, I still dont understand how the whole poster keeps coming off if the stickers are clued tight enough, I checked, it sounded like someone was taking it off, it lasted for about 5 seconds in the beginning, I didnt know what it was and then it stopped and then it continued until I turned on the lights and the poster was on the floor, seriously there is no reason why the hell a poster would come off like that, I started using my audio recorder and placed it next to the poster to see if I catch something
It is a case of the adhesive on the stickers being of poor quality.
With the heat, and humidity in any room, the adhesive will fail if it isn't of good quality.
Nothing paranormal about this, just crappy, cheap wall stickers.

so explain why it would sound like it's being pulled and then stop for 30 seconds and then continue being pulled? it's pretty good quality, what the hell, every time I check it it's hard to take off. I really believe something isn't right here. Last year I caught a voice on my audio recorder saying " nobody likes me, I think I'm gonna die" a lady voice who wasnt in the room

I will explain further about the poster, but your comment about that voice recording is exactly what was in another post about a month ago.
In that posting, it took place in a therapist office, and the person posting said the exact words as you have stated here.
A spirit would not say "I think I'M gonna die".
Spirits live forever, and they are aware of this fact, so stating they are going to die just would not be something they would say.
They could state that no one likes them, but as for dying, that would never be the case.
Now, about that poster.
I have studied spiritual behavior for many years, and nothing is out of the question.
If you believe the poster stickers are such that normal removal of them is difficult, then there could be paranormal activity here, but removing a wall poster does not rank high on the scale of spiritual behavior.
I would like to know more about just how you captured that voice on a recording, and what type of recording device you have.

How do you know? How do you know the sticker weren't becoming weak? What about changes in humidity in the middle of the night and those effects on the adhesive properties of the stickers? When you tested the stickers, how long did you test them? Hours and hours? if not, then how do you know they didn't weaken hours later into the night?
