I'm no digital film pro, but catching stills in this video ....it looks really hokey. I'm a serious sceptic on this being "paranormal".

The burning tree looks real to me. It appears to be a dead hollow tree whose interior has caught fire, probably due to a lightning strike. It's not that unusual. Try searching "hollow tree lightning" on Youtube.

I don't think it's paranormal... a slow burning tree from a lightning strike with the trunk acting like a chimney wouldn't be unheard of but there isn't much smoke so it could be digital, unless the tree had been smoldering for days and only just had started burning with gusto after the fire had dried out the green wood.
