Can anyone give me any insight on our energy and how it would affect the energy around us in our homes?

Since my daughter has started her pre puberty years we have had issues in our home with lights. Our home was bought brand new and up until her puberty we never had any issues.

We've had electricians come in and everything checks out, but we constantly have to replace light ballasts in the kitchen and light bulbs will just go out and flicker and breakers blow.

What do y'all think? Any experiences like that here?

I've heard of this with some teens; so why a few teens and not all? Could be indicitive to paranormal abilities, just my opinion from a paranormal perspective.

Some poltergeists have been attributed to pubescent energy. So it's possible your teen is the source of these problems.
However, while electricians have checked your electrical system and say it's OK, it may not be. There could be something that they cannot see that causes the problems only on occasion. Such as some critter crawled in and chewed on the insulation enough to only expose the metal and when something touches the bare wire (another critter?), things get wonky.
It may also be something at the street to home connection.
I worked on electronic communication systems and often there would be odd 'phantom' draws and shorts. Once it was just a spider, who's leg positions created 'confusion' in the systems functionality.

What I would look for is a pattern. Do the problems only happen when your teen is home? If it happens when they are not at home, I'd say that it's not the teen.

Good point, you do have to cover all the bases before declaring it paranormal. Happened to me last year, destroyed my big screen. Electric was run from a generator for over a week while the problem under ground dug up and corrected.
