Or cheap real estate on the edge of town, maybe? Seriously, who would go to a hospital that was situated by a cemetery?

I have never seen a hospital next to a graveyard.... the local hospital where I grew up (built long after I left) is 1/2 mile from my church, which has a graveyard, but it's not next to it....

I've been to one. I noted that there was a nice view of it from CICU when my dad was there.
