No, it must be a ufo!
Or a reflection notice how there are more things reflected in this window, the photo was clearly taken indoors.
Can I close this ? Or is there still something unexplained here ?
Yac.

I saw the reflections too. The photo was taken from inside an office in a building. But to me the white upper left object seems to be outside the window and in the sky. Would it be ok with you if this stayed up for maybe 4 more hours, just in case others have input? Thanks Yac, and thanks for asking first.
In both photos from the above post they look like "lenticular" clouds.
Thank you Terryj,
Looked that up and I believe you are spot on on this one. It can not be seen in my photo but the cloud is on the downward side of a mountain a few miles beyond the flat topped hill beside my house. I added a close up. Love clouds. Maybe I need to add another hobby to studying and learning more about them I have so many cloud photos cause I just can not resist a pretty or interesting picture.
Lenticular clouds are amazing, the different shape they take on, however, most of them are round or oval. They are normally seen surrounding mountain tops.
At first I assumed this was a cloud but after looking at it more I see the reflection of a long fluorescent light with the reflection of a recessed bulb behind it.
I feel the lighting is consistent with a conference room and that looks like the reflection of a screen or display in the back confirms this. YMMV
