When I was withdrawing from opiates many years ago, during the worst of it, I would have 'drug dreams', in the dream, I would have a large supply, but for some reason, could never actually ingest them, it was very depressing and made withdraw MUCH worse.


I believe the dreams we have, are some reflection of whats going on in our lives at the time, they dont necessarily mean anything.

I was surprised to have a very short dream where everyone was wearing a mask. I thought it was kinda funny when I woke up.

People have the capacity for very intense dreams either after working out/ having a day of hard physical exertion followed by peaceful sleep ...or having enough time to sleep a full 8 hours and experience cycles of REM sleep.

If you feel you need to closely examine your dreams, keep a dream journal and detail the dreams, make sure to note calendar date and times if needed.
