I've wondered too, if karma's only something to keep us straight (like religion), or for consolation. Honestly, I've rarely seen it at work.

How do you think astrology compares to the maybe more physicalist Meyer Briggs? Do they accomplish the same goals?

Funny, I just order a career chart based on my natal chart, and it's uncanny how much it echos my Meyer Briggs type.

To many, astrology speaks Chinese, and Psychology speaks English!

I have family and friends who believe in Astrology. I have been to various countries where the study of the movements and relative positions of celestial objects is popular. I see Native Americans where I live, my Native American Animal is the Bear.

A friend did a "birth chart" for me once (for fun), and my whole chart was about half Scorpio, half Sagittarius (right down the middle). Both of these seem to have some pretty good things going for them so I'll go with it.

Cancer is considered to be the most insecure sign of the zodiac, first of the water signs, and the most primitive/immature of the water signs, Scorpio the 2nd water sign, a bit more mature, Pisces the last water sign, the most mature of the waters.

If you don't love them enough? Given their neverending insecurities (let's include Moon in Cancer as well) it can get very annoying forever reminding them they're loved, and God forbid you should forget to send them flowers on their birthdays/anniversaries with I love You cards! I was involved with a strongly flavored Cancerian one time and I got tired of it, all those reassurances they're loved!

They're ruled by the Moon/Luna and, not surprisingly, the word Lunatic/Looney comes to mind with this crowd if they collide with too many feelings of insecurity, and yes, I would agree, this is a potential suicide sign, all performed in a state of lunacy and panic!

This is also a passive aggressive sign who can punish you with long spells of silence, and as they say, silence can be louder than a scream!

Overall, I find this sign to be high-maintenance, from an emotional standpoint.

I was friends with one, which I thought was going to be long lasting, and then, I must have inadvertently trampled on her tender little feelings, and she slammed the steel door down, and refused to explain what I did/said to anger her so much!

Good riddance!

Default Gemini

I think the characteristics of a Gemini fit me to a T in real life.
