I'm just curious as to what people from other regions of the world think about North America. What would be the top 10 places (cities, sites, parks, etc.) you would want to visit if you could.
Cincinnati
Michigan, around Ann Arbor, Lansing etc.
Wisconsin
Elko, Nevada
Albuquerque
Tallahassee
Maine
North Platte, Nebraska
Portland, Oregon
Cedar Rapids, Iowa

That's an interesting mix, can I ask for your reasoning behind these choices?

Hi, Cincinnati because I've never even been to Ohio, and I really would like to see those Art Deco buildings close up.
Many of the others because although I stayed in the US for a short while, it was mainly NY state, NH and Mass.
North Platte because of the railway history; Wisconsin, Iowa and Michigan, again because I've never really seen the Mid West.
Elko is meant to be stunningly beautiful - same with New Mexico.
Maine because I am a big fan of writers John Connolly and Stephen King who have both written extensively about the state.
Oregon I'd just like to experience (I guess I would include Seattle here, too, and maybe N. California). Same goes for Oklahoma and the Floridian Panhandle.
I've left out the Ozarks.. and I'd like to visit there, also. Plus a bit father West into Kansas.
And I haven't mentioned Canada.
