Preferably quite close to the Kings Heath area. Want to try something new and always seem to go to the same places over and over.

Try the Kitchen Garden Cafè which is just off the High Street in Kings Heath. It surrounds a blue brick courtyard and is a licensed place with an a la carte menutand a pretty decent Sunday lunch. They always use local produce-the slow cooked pork belly with cider gravy is superb! An interesting little place.

There are many nice places to eat out in Birmingham like:-
1. Hot and Hot Fish Club.
2. Bottega.
3. Ocean Restaurant.
4. Cafe de Paris.
5. Veranda on highland.
Hope that this helps. Enjoy your food, Cheers!

Add to that, the billion Indian restaurants. Birmingham is home of the balti. I wish Anthony Bourdain would get his arse over there. It would make for an interesting episode of No Reservations.
