Rio, so does that mean their opening or closing ceremony will include nearly naked carnival dancers? hehe

That's twice as much clothing as what's worn in Rio during Carnival.

A few days late, but I enjoyed the closing ceremony more than the opening ceremony. I thought that they did a good job.

I enjoyed it; it was mad. Thought the Rio bit at the end was dull though.

Finally watched the rest of the closing ceremony. Loved the Eric Idle and Queen part. Brian May can still rock! Bet Eric Idle never had such an experience of having such a large crowd loudly singing along to a song he performs. I bet it gave him a warm tingly feeling that something he did so many years ago is still well remembered and enjoyed by even the youth of today. I found myself rocking my head side to side whistling to the song. My wife never saw the movie so she didn't understand the history behind the song. England has had many great guitarist and Brian May is just one of them. Peter Frampton, David Gilmore, and Eric Clapton are some other big names. I'm sure there are many many more. I can say I enjoyed the closing ceremony. Agree the Rio part was a bit dull but if you're Rio, Brazil; would you want to show your biggest show here or wait until four years from now? Am glad they had Pele. You know this is a big source of pride for him that his home country is hosting the Olympics.

Gosh geez, I have to apologize for my behaviour during closing ceremony. I my effort to create an atmosphere in my living room on my sofa, I'm afraid I consumed way too much Tequila. I really went nuts on Twittter, people though my account had been hacked.

I can't believe someone gave me a reputation for some drivel I posted. I don't remember much, but finally watching it on BBC iPlayer tonight.
