Todays news telling us that murders...on both sides of the Northern Ireland conflict shouldnt be investigated any further... to me murder is murder, no matter the reason and should never be wiped off as if they never happened.... a lot of people who lost relatives want to see justice and only right..
Well it is in today news Jezer, maybe not for everyone... I didnt put it on to take sides, I was talking for both sides and the ones who lost relatives...at least IM not talking skin colour, eye colour, fat or thin hahah..

the biggest act of murder happened in may of 1974 , loyalists set off two bombs in the south of Ireland , thirty four people were killed , its widely believed that loyalists had help from british security forces , to this day the british government has flat out refused to allow the Dublin government access to files pertaining to this issue
the point being , drawing a line under this issue gives the british state a pass , let alone loyalist and republican terrorists , no one has clean hands

This is so true, this is a really difficult one - everybody on all sides are glad to see the back of any problems but things are still going to be raw for people (on all sides) that lost loved ones, for the sake of peace people have to 'move on' or it will never end; however perhaps the wounds are still too open to make it an easy thing to do.

Interesting. How does this jibe with the concept of those who commit murders should be punished? Anything changing perhaps in the conduct of jurisprudence in the UK and perhaps Ireland?
