There is a rising numbers on attack on Polish people in UK, even fatal incidents, only recently a Czech man has been beaten to death.
I am wondering why the violence against European immigrants? And who are the perpetrators, are actually ethnic British the perpetrators or is it Arab thugs or something the like that attack white immigrants for whatever reason?

The perpetrators are generally the far right or those who believe the Poles have somehow taken their jobs and housing.
It's not just Poles, it's also Romanians and the whole thing has been fuelled by the media in relation to Romanian Pickpockets operating in London and numerous East European Organised Crime Gangs.
The type of Articles you often see in sections of the British Press.
A few years ago Detective Chief Inspector Paul Barnard, the head of Scotland Yard's Dedicated Cheque and Plastic Crime Unit (DCPCU) - a police unit run in partnership with banks and financial services companies, told ITV1's 'Fraud Squad' programme that:
"The fact is 92 per cent of all ATM fraud we see in this country is committed by Romanian nationals."
Brexit has also stoked up Anti-Immigrant feeling even further with some politicians and media sources being irresponsible in relation to some articles and indeed some poster campaigns and claims by politicians.
However violent crime figures in the UK tend to record very low levels of violence which are not recorded in many countries such as harrasement and common assault which can be often just be fear of violence rather than actual violence and indeed hate crime. Indeed the fact that the Police now take hate crime so seriously and have allocated more resources to it, may also be behind some of the rise in such recorded statistics.
You also can add social media and youtube in to the mix, and the police have indeed taken action in relation to hate crime on the internet such as rascist videos or rants on youtube.

Seems like two things happened: First, some people felt very confident to express their true opinion after the Brexit vote. Second, victims of abuse were more likely to report these incidents after some initial reports.
Personally, I'm not very surprised by it since supporters of far-right parties in Austria have pretty similar thoughts about our eastern neighbors (except when it suits their agenda). Coincidently, I heard chavs yelling "go home" out of a car myself when I attended a language school in the U.K.
There has not been a rise in such incidents. There is absolutely no statistical evidence to support such a claim.
Are there some attacks against eastern Europeans? Yes. And there always have been. Just as there always have been attacks against British people by eastern Europeans.
Relative to population sizes the numbers are no higher now than they have ever been. There has however been a rise in media reports of such things, as there has been a higher emphasis on all things EU related since the vote to leave the EU.
If the Polish population in the UK is 1000 and there is one attack, that is no different to there being 1000 attacks against a Polish population of 1 million.

Sadly this is not a novelty. Foreigners being attacked is not a novelty in the UK despite what British people want others to perceive.
