How silly can they be, bad enough having the addicts causing bedlam in chemists and doctors surgeries in the past now we have illegal drugs being administered in fix rooms being set up for the addicts who it seems werent happy with the Methodone substitute they were being given to supposedly help them. Just how much will this cost the overstretched NHS, its deplorable. http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/news/sc...w-drug-9161607 This is said to save money for the NHS but to me it doesnt solve a problem
