Oh, I made sure I used some beer, but for me that was Guiness. Next time will be some good ale
. Also, I will make sure I keep the batter in a measure instead of all of it in a pan to dredge the fish through so I have leftovers for more fried goodness ...
Only bad part is now I gotta work out for 24 hrs to take back the damage done ... but damage worth doing!
