If you had to write one - what would the title be? Mine:

A History of Sprawlburbia: How the So-Called Greatest Generation Ransacked and then Abandoned our Cities, Destroyed the Environment and Squandered the Nation's Wealth.

^^^^^sounds interesting, but I think you may need to go with something catchier. I don't even know if that title will fit on the cover

Is this fiction or sci-fi/fantasy?

Pure fantasy!

The thing about fiction is it has to be somewhat believable to be entertaining. Even fantasy and sci-fi has to be grounded in reality even if it's only loosely grounded.

Komeht's book sounds more unbelievable and absurd than any fantasy book I've ever read.
