NYC - If both Downtown and Midtown become unusable, would move it to DT Brooklyn

Boston - Would move it to Southie

Philadelphia - Move it to south Philly. Utilize all that empty space by Schuylkill and Delaware River

Washington DC - Easy, just move it across the river into Virginia

Montreal - Move it to Laval or the southern portion of the big island

Quebec City - Move it to Ile de Orleans

Miami - Relocate it to Fort Lauterdale

Chicago - Build it...just build it as far away from Indiana as possible. Maybe Waukegan

Seattle - Build it on one of the nearby islands (Bainbridge?) and make it super dense. Like another Manhattan

For Boston, I would say Seaport. It still has too many parking lots and wasted space to build up.

Nope. If Downtown moved it would be the Back Bay and into Cambridge. The few spots left it has to build on can only max out at 150-275ft high due to it being directly under Logan Airport.

Height restrictions to build a good amount of offices would be the West End, Cambridge and into Back Bay. There just simply isnt the space to do it in Seaport.

San Diego - Move it to the peninsula where the Sunset cliffs are

San Francisco - Relocate to Richmond

Los Angeles - Relocate to Santa Monica

Downtown Boston has ~55 million square feet of Office Space, Seaport can only develop up to 10 mil. Cambridge-Back Bay stretch can develop more than 20 mil sqft

Midtown > LIC
Downtown > Downtown Brooklyn

Maybe we could utilize Jamaica Center, the Hub, and Jersey City and decentralize.
