Utah Valley University | Utah Valley | Best College | US News 7%, not 5, I misread the sub set.

4-year graduation rate 7%

Look up the common data set though, any future student will be looking at those. If you don't like US news site, UVU will have it's own data. UVU only cites 6 yr data, that I could see 2002-2008 figures = 15% for 6 yrs for a bachelor's. You would want to get subject specific data though.

You might not find a lot of like-minded students to hang out with, of if you're working, you might not have a lot in common with co-workers. There isn't much of a night life there for singles who aren't LDS. So much revolves around the religion and families in that area. As far as being treated differently at the grocery store, bank or other businesses, I doubt you'll notice a difference.

Have you checked out Westminster College in SLC? They have an excellent aviation program and a bridge program with Skywest Airlines. My kid's boyfriend is in this program. They both love Westminster and living in the Sugarhouse area of SLC.
Aviation Degree, Aviation Management, Utah Colleges

Absolutely no religious overtones at Westminster; it's a secular liberal arts college. Sugarhouse area is liberal. My kid is an atheist and tells me she's had zero religious overtures to her on campus or around town.

Good luck!
