<*YUM*>

Apparently I'm not the only person happy to see it back again this year, as I snagged the very last carton on the shelf at the store today. Hopefully it'll be re-stocked soon.

There's also a new (to me, anyway) product called Silk Mint Chocolate, which I assume is mint-flavored chocolate "milk." I'm not a big drinker of chocolate, so probably won't buy it, but it does sound good.

No you are not alone, darkofthrmoon ! We enjoy Silk nog Every holiday Season! Along with Tofurky, sweet potato, maple syrup and pecan casserole and vegan string bean casserole with wild mushrooms, it is a mainstay of our holiday table.

I haven't had the chocolate mint, but the Peppermint Eggnog is delicious! Last year a local market sold out of it within a few days. If you find some, stock up! It's delicious ~

The mint chocolate is excellent! Pour some in a mug and heat it up and it's so delicious. It's great hot or cold.

Along with the three quarts of Silk Nog I nabbed at the store tonight, I picked up a quart of Silk Pumpkin Spice. Yum (again)!
