There are VegFests all over the U.S. I have been to the one in Orlando and Tampa. Orlando is a bigger event. There are all kinds of yummie food, pets for adoption, lectures/speakers, kids activities, arts and crafts vendors, etc. It is a great way to check out vegan/vegetarianism if you are curious.

Our Whole Foods store offers a 90 minute Vegan Store Tour several times this month. It's free and sounds very informative.

Thanks for sharing this! There are so many wonderful foods available now that are i season and delicious! A variety of squash from butternut to acorn. Yummy soups and casseroles. Dishes with grains and beans!

Harvest time is one of my favorite times! We can fully enjoy the beautiful bounty of the earth!
