Quit buying Coconut Manna and make coconut butter.

Use Unsweetened coconut. I use the attachment for my hand mixer. Took only about 5 minutes total. A lot cheaper and virtually the same thing .

I used natural unsweetened coconut. I used the nut grinder on my hand blender,. Put about a cup of shredded coconut it it and had to shove it down to the center a time or two. Add nothing more than the coconut. You can use a blender or food processor but they say it takes longer with a blender.
